STONEKOTE®–6000-Green is a durable fluoropolymer coating with good chemical resistance and outstanding non-stick properties. It has a maximum use temperature of 400ºF, is completely color stable at elevated temperatures and may be postformed.
Heated sealing bars are notoriously troublesome. When coated with STONEKOTE®–6000- Green, sealing bars benefit from the coating’s ability to repel the melted plastic while operating continuously at elevated temperatures.
Likewise, molds coated with STONEKOTE®–6000-Green are favored to produce a diversity of goods because of the coating’s long lasting release properties.
This product does conform with regulations governing use for direct food contact.
