APPLICATIONS & COATING TYPES

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)

High-temp, two-coat system with excellent non-stick and chemical resistance. Ideal for food, plastics, and high-friction machinery. Max: 500°F

PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy Alkane)

Greater toughness, thicker film build, and high chemical resistance—perfect for harsh environments with prolonged exposure.

FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene)

Melt-flow coating that forms non-porous films; great for electronics and chemical tanks.

ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene / Tefzel®)

Toughest Teflon™ resin; applies up to 40 mils thick. Excellent for abrasive environments or heavy wear applications.

Dry Film Lubricants & One-Coat Options

Solvent-based Teflon™ systems designed for high-pressure lubrication and abrasion resistance in moving components.
