This product has a green finish, which provides a surface with very high release characteristics and a low coefficient of friction. STONEKOTE®–85-Green has excellent adhesion to most metals and also to glass, porcelain, etc.
The primary use of this product is as an industrial coating where a non-stick, low friction surface is needed. Abrasion resistance is good and coefficient of friction is very low. Established industrial end-uses are: carburetor parts, valve components, molds, cutting blades, etc. This product can be used in many military and non-military coating specifications.
This product is NOT approved for food contact end-uses.
